M&P Colour was founded by Julio and Irina Medina, a husband and wife team who between them bring over 25 years of hands-on commercial painting experience to every project.

Julio is a licensed painter with 15 years of experience working on commercial sites across Sydney. He doesn’t manage from a distance. He works alongside the crew on every job. That means the standard you’re quoted is the standard that actually gets delivered on site, every time.
Irina Medina
Co-Founder & Operations Director
Irina spent over a decade helping build Aqua Painting, a family commercial painting business serving Sydney, managing client relationships, project scheduling, and the operational side of large commercial contracts.
